Studio Meng Strazzara led the design and planning of this commercial office building in Seattle's Interbay neighborhood.

An aggressive development strategy, a tight budget, a contaminated site and a very short schedule forced by the necessity of vesting entitlements prior to impending zoning changes could have amounted to a giant headache. Instead, our team turned a potential problem into a great opportunity, designing an attractive yet economical office building, ensuring the owner's development rights and finding the 'sweet spot' which yields a successful, profitable office project.
