Project Details
Studio Meng Strazzara was the architect for the Avondale Retail project, delivering a newly developed site that included a 12,400 square feet retail building and building pad for a future supermarket.
The building features a new steel-framed and brick veneer structure with a grocery store anchor. The finished retail building is now occupied by high-profile tenants such as Starbucks, Subway, Great Clips, and others.
