Project Details
This project achieves a high level density dwelling on a site with a 25' height limit. There are two units on each of the three levels and an underground parking garage. Each unit has a private elevator lobby.
The building's location offers sweeping views of Lake Union and the city skyline. Our design blends the craftsman and prairie style homes with an emphasis on quality.
