Project Details
The goal of this five-unit luxury condominium was to create a building that from the street appeared to be an upscale single-family residence.
We designed it asymmetrically to give the appearance of less density, resembling the single family home. It is sited across from The Harvard Estate town homes project.
The top unit is a luxury penthouse and there is also an underground parking garage included in this project.
