Project Details
The Support Services project began with an evaluation of Canyon Park 2, the existing warehouse building that the District was considering purchasing in order to convert it for their consolidated support services program.
We conducted interdisciplinary workshops to investigate the building and its potential fit for the District. We gathered consensus information from a variety of stakeholders and explored various conceptual design solutions. The final conclusion was that the facility would support their intended program. We provided programming, design and construction administration for this tenant improvement of existing office and warehouse spaces.
The facility features contemporary industrial aesthetics with an exposed structure, offset by natural wood detailing and lively finishes.
The new Center houses food services, warehouse, maintenance, graphics, capital projects, security, technology, media services and operations.
