Project Details

This new apartment complex located in a tree-lined area of the Queen Anne neighborhood, and West of the Seattle Center offers sweeping views of Puget Sound and the Downtown Seattle skyline.

The new complex will include 71 apartments, 5 live/work units, and 82 underground parking stalls. The building also includes a garden courtyard off Third Avenue for patio living space, and a rooftop terrace with green roof plantings for shared outdoor gatherings.
