This 36-unit brick apartment building in the Capitol Hill neighborhood has one floor of underground parking,
ground-floor commercial retail space, and three floors of apartment units.
The design of the building creates a visual link to the traditional architecture in the neighborhood while maintaining a modern feel with large windows.
