This fast-track mixed-use retail and condominium project is located in the Roosevelt District.
Dwell Roosevelt features ground level retail of 76 studios, one and two-bedroom units within its three building footprint. The owners wanted sophisticated, contemporary interiors similar to those found in urban high rises in the Downtown core.
They also wanted to employ green building practices by using Energy Star and energy saving appliances as well as a green roof. Their approach worked, and all units were sold prior to project completion. Triad will be seeking a 2-star rating from the Built GreenTM certification program.
