This feasibility study yielded a creative development approach to a complex site adjacent to the popular Seattle Center and to the Seattle Monorail line. With an 85-foot building height limit, we pursued two concept schemes from 65 to 85 feet. Various construction types were considered in relation to development objectives and construction costs.
Potential uses for the size included retail, commercial office, residential, live/work, and possible hotel. The 3-D modeling was completed along with a full site analysis and various building configurations that would maximize this interesting site.
