Simca Partnership
This new childcare and children's school serves as the prototype for future development. The building features a sloping metal roof with clerestory windows to admit light into the entry, a main organizational corridor and the "Big Room," which houses up to five classrooms.
With scaled-down massing to fit into its residential surroundings, the textures, colors and detailing within the building were chosen to appeal to the playful side of the young children. Phase II included adding another classroom wing.
