Project Details

The Broadway Building includes ground floor retail, "incubator" office spaces, 94 market-rate apartments, and 75 beds for international student housing for Seattle Central Community College students.

The student housing is provided in 28 units with double and triple occupancy, along with associated study areas, storage, kitchens, bathroom suites and laundry facilities. Both the apartments and student residences have their own separate elevator and stair cores, dedicated parking, independent lobbies and core building systems.

The retail and office spaces occupy the first and second floors and face Broadway Avenue, the main arterial street through Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. The remaining three top floors facing Broadway consist of spacious market-rate apartments. Overlooking the beautiful Cal Anderson Park, the opposite facade features an off-street auto court, a few ground-related live/work units, and four floors of residential units with spacious decks and views of the park and neighborhood.
