Greg has years of experience with the design and planning of large & complex mixed-use projects, both public and private. He has led the design of many of Studio Meng Strazzara's significant architectural and planning projects, and also leads our feasibility and entitlements consulting efforts.
In addition, Greg has served on the City of Seattle Design Review Board and is an active participant in Seattle's neighborhood planning and an advocate for urbanism in our city.
"Whether the project is large or small, my focus is always on creating value: doing the most with the least and making timeless, satisfying, humane places that will return financial and emotional rewards immediately and far beyond my lifetime."
Greg also has a background in investment finance, is a published poet, accomplished painter, and is an Adjunct Professor of Design at Bellevue College. He makes his home in the Seward Park neighborhood of Seattle with his wife and two teenage children.
