Charles Strazzara AIA

With an eye for design and a strong business sense, Charles redefines what an architect, and an architecture firm, can be to its clients. His keen understanding of the economics and complexities of development enable our firm to provide powerful insights in the very early stages of project feasibility, moving opportunities from concept to reality.

Charles is the studio leader for multi-family residential, commercial, retail imaging, and corporate design, but also finds himself involved in our institutional and public agency projects, providing market-driven sensibilities to all of our work. With a broad spectrum of experience, Charles works with our architects and designers to create handsome retail shops, office spaces, residences, and many other highly-regarded spaces.

As a life-long Seattle resident, his local community and family play important roles in his life. Coaching his boys on the soccer field, especially in the rain-soaked Seattle fall, highlights his dedication to family and to the responsibility that architects have in creating a better future for our children and our city.
