Project Details

The Harvard Estate, adjacent to the Harvard-Belmont Historic District on Capitol Hill features eight elegant town homes and 24 distinctive condominium residences in twin brick buildings with a shared, 104-stall structured parking garage. The structures are designed to respect and fit into the context of the historic neighborhood.

While the interiors and exteriors feature classic detailing, beneath the surface the buildings are thoroughly modern, from the structure to the state-of-the-art electronic systems.

The Harvard Estate received the award of Top Honors, Residential Design, in 2005 from the Masonry Institute of Washington.
